Ingredients: Organic Sencha Green Tea, Organic Strawberry Leaf, Organic Rosehips, Organic Hibiscus Petals, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Dried Strawberries, Organic Lemon Peel.

Directions: Steep 1-2 tsp of loose-leaf tea per 8 oz cup of almost boiling water (212°F) for 3-5 minutes. May add honey for sweetness.

For a medicinal tea: Steep 1-2 tsp of loose-leaf tea per 8 oz cup of almost boiling water (212°F) for 5-10 minutes. May add honey for sweetness.
