Ingredients: Organic Hibiscus, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Damiana Leaf, Organic Rose Petals, Organic Hawthorn Berries, Organic Ginger, Organic Clove Bud.

Directions: Steep 1-2 tsp of loose-leaf tea per 8 oz cup of almost boiling water (212°F) for 3-5 minutes. May add honey for sweetness.

For a medicinal tea: Steep 1-2 tsp of loose-leaf tea per 8 oz cup of almost boiling water (212°F) for 5-10 minutes.
